PLGBC 2021: winner in the Best Pre-Certified Ecological Building category

FOREST is an urban dominant that will be built around the roundabout of the AK “Radosław” group. More than 20,000 meters of the tower part of the building grows from the podium, the height of which varies from six to ten storeys. The characteristic, fault-shaped form of the tower is further emphasized by the tectonics of its crown, making its form a recognizable part of the skyline of Warsaw. The podium is surrounded by a public atrium, the centerpiece of which is a minimalist water pane. The intersection of the podium form houses a square connecting the public space of the office building with the adjacent housing estate. The color scheme and tectonic façade of the exterior facades is intended to bring to mind the bark of the tree. The facades of the inner courtyard, on the other hand, provide a regular subdued backdrop for the spacious green courtyard. The main entrance to the building is located on the side of the Ronda Grouping AK “Radosław” through the green park at the roundabout and from ul. Burakowska.
