In preparing the concept of the settlement Fama Jeżyce, we focused special attention on maintaining consistency with the existing nature of the Jeżyce building. The characteristic quarter-building of the district inspired us to design the layout of the entire estate. It will consist of quarters of different nature – highlighted by finishing materials. Each of them will consist of a larger building surrounding it and a smaller multi-family house that complements it.

In the modern architecture of the estate we also have a hidden history – the rounded corners of buildings and balconies refer to the period of the interwar
