The Avant-garde House is a one-part, peaceful, modern form with an inner courtyard. It is intended to be a continuation of the frontage. In the light gray part of the building, the retreated loggias create a calm modern rhythm. On the east and south side, the main role is played by loggias. With its dark background, they emphasize the modern division and rhythm of the white façade.

The facades of all buildings are designed in a homogeneous, minimalist design in bright muted tones with a predominance of white and gray. The distinguishing element of the exterior facades of the building is to be spatial window strips and balustrades of an openwork nature, which will give the facades three-dimensionality and at the same time lightness. The steel perforation window belts form a frame and bind the composition of windows youUSABLE FLOOR portfenetr and loggia.

Inside the courtyard, the facades repeat the external character only in small accents, the clear window belts were abandoned, and part of the railings changed its expression from openwork to full.
