To highlight the Italian nature of the investment, the windows were closed in a different colour framework and underlined by horizontal boning. The ground floors of the buildings have been highlighted in color to create the effect of solid lightness. On the buildings was used plaster with different granularity, which is also supposed to visually break down the lumps of objects.
The residential units are designed with a varied area and layouts, with an emphasis on a clear separation of the day and night areas. All premises have a balcony or loggias or storage gardens at ground level.
The spaces between the solids are characterized by a rich and modern device of a separate recreation area and greenery within the foundation. In the courtyards of the foundations were designed alleys leading to staircases, elements of small architecture, low green and trees.
